Customer Support Training for Responsible Gambling Commitment by Betconstruct

(London).- In a recent initiative aimed at prioritising responsible gambling practices, industry tech disruptor BetConstruct conducted a series of in-house training sessions for agents supporting platforms such as Vbet.fr, PartoucheSport.fr and Circusbet.fr.

This is yet another step by the company toward equipping its Customer Support teams with the knowledge and tools needed to provide exemplary service in a demanding industry. The training sessions were organised by BetConstruct’s Compliance Department initiative, and served as a direct response to the requirements set by the French Gambling Authority (ANJ). They aligned perfectly with the organisation’s licensing and compliance standards. The comprehensive programme focused on raising awareness about responsible gambling measures, equipping agents to better assist players while promoting safe gaming behaviours.
As part of the initiative, participants were subjected to a quiz that was conducted at the end of the training. We are proud to announce that 16 holding employees successfully passed the quiz, demonstrating their dedication to upholding responsible gambling principles and cementing their knowledge retention skills. Each participant received an attendance certificate, further solidifying their expertise in this critical area.
By taking part in such campaigns and training programmes, BetConstruct remains committed to supporting players through empathetic customer service, ensuring that the holding is in full compliance with regulatory requirements, and promoting responsible gambling as a core value across all platforms.
